Shipping Overview
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
BluffCakes is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed or damaged packages. Replacements or reshipments are subject to approval.
Shipping Rates
We offer a flat rate of $10.50. We utilize both USPS and UPS. We choose the carrier that is best fit for your package and shipping location. Orders over $85 are subject to an additional shipping fee that is calculated at checkout.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 7942 Fisher Steel Rd., Cordova, TN 38108. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
