Every Friday night at 8 PM Central Time we go live on TikTok (@chloebluffcakes). This is where we manually input our giant cookies that go live for sale at 8:10 PM. Joining us live gives you the opportunity to listen and interact with our Q&A and be ready to order the second the cookies are restocked here on bluffcakes.com!
2. Subscribe
Subscribing to our email newsletters will let you in on restock reminders, new cookie flavors and even the occasional *secret* restock!
3. Ordering & Shipping
Once you've made your giant cookie selections and checked out you can expect to have your cookies shipped from our facility in 5-7 business days. Each order comes with reheat and freezing instructions so you can either enjoy them immediately or freeze and save for up to three months!
4. Kindness Disclaimer
We are a small business with a staff of less than five people. We ask that our Cookie Monsters please handle customer service requests with kindness and understanding that while being sold out might be frustrating for our customers - it is a sign that growth and endless cookie capabilities are coming soon! We answer all emails and questions as we are able and ask that customers check out our FAQ page to see if their questions can be answered there.
